Intermediate and Advanced Small Apparatus

Utilizing the arc barrel, theraband, fitness circle and/or physioball these classes add variation, challenge and resistance. Focus is still on core strength with additional challenge to stability, strength and balance. Exercises are based on mat and reformer repertoire.

Reformer Classes

Coninue your Pilates Journey on the Reformer. Classes may have two, three or four participants. The reformer challenges the core by adding additional resistance and brings a new focus on working arms, legs, shoulders and hips. Combining a mat class and a refomer class is a great way to bring variation and challenge to your workout routine. Reformer classes are available for beginner through advanced levels.

Fusion

Bring it all together with Fusion,, combining reformer, stability chair, mat and small apparatus (bosu, arc barrel, weights). Fusion will keep you interested and challenge your mind and body in new ways as you move between large and small equipment.

Classical Workshop

Using the traditional approach taught by Joseph Pilates, this program teaches the classical repertoire combining mat and reformer work. This is a challenging fast paced workout that focuses on exercise technique and traditional transitions to create flowing movement and a non-stop workout.
