Fees & Policies

Pilates can have a profoundly positive effect on your physical, mental and emotional health. Investing your time, energy and resources can produce life long changes. As with all things that are worthwhile, what you put into this program determines what you receive from it. Our primary focus is on your process, and your progress in reaching your goals through Pilates.

Policies

Private Sessions

  • Sessions are scheduled by appointment.
  • Sessions must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in being charged your session fee.
  • Payment for individual sessions must be made prior to the session.
  • Discount multi-session packages are available.
    • Payment for multi-session packages must be made in full at the time of initial booking.

Duet/Trio/Quartet Sessions

  • Sessions correspond to the group mat semester schedule.
  • Weeks that do not fall in the regular semester schedule may be booked by appointment with the instructor and paid upon service rendered.
  • Payment may made in full at the start of the semester or paid in thirds as follows (1/3 at the time of registration, 1/3 30 days after the beginning of the semester and 1/3 60 days after the beginning of the semester).
  • Rates are based on the number of participants for the entire length of the semester. We therefore ask that you notify your fellow students one month prior to the upcoming semester if you do not plan to continue to with your participation. Thank you.
  • REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES.
    • Missed classes can be made up by attending a mat class (as scheduling permits).
    • The group as a whole may request to make up one class at a time mutually agreeable to the class participants and the instructor. If scheduling permits, instructors may conduct one such class.

Group Classes (6-11 people)

  • A deposit is required to secure your place in class. The balance is due on or before the first class.
  • REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES.
    • Missed classes may be made up by attending another appropriate level class during the semester (as scheduling permits).
    • Withdrawal from class must be requested BEFORE the second class. No refunds will be offered after the second class

Inclement Weather

  • Morning Classes - If Worcester Public Schools are closed morning classes at the studio will be cancelled. If Worcester Public Schools are delayed the studio will be operating.
  • Afternoon and evening classes (3:30pm or later) PLEASE CALL THE STUDIO at 508-754-3327. A phone message will provide information by 2:30pm regarding the status of afternoon/evening classes.
  • Weekend classes - please call the studio at 508-754-3327. A phone message will provide information by 7:30 a.m. regarding class status
  • During school vacation call the studio, a message will be available by 7:00 am regarding status of morning classes and by 3:00pm for afternoon and evening classes. Should there be no specific message about cancellation, classes will be running on the normal schedule for the day.

Medical Leave Policy

  • Please notify the studio of medical conditions that would necessitate your suspension of participation at the time or anticipated time of such circumstances. A doctor’s notice stating conditions and limitations is necessary to obtain studio credit. Issuance of credit is solely at the discretion of the Management. Retroactive credits are not permitted.
