Yoga Classes Begin September 12th

Three Kinds of Yoga for all Levels

BodyMind Balance is pleased to offer you 3 kinds of Yoga classes. These classes are appropriate for students of all levels and are a great compliment to Pilates and TRX training. Class punch-cards are available for 4 or 8 classes. 4 classes for $60, 8 classes for $100, drop-ins $16 per class. Punch-cards are good for 60-days. Vinyasa Flow -- Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30pm

All Levels

This energetic class consists of a wide range of postures, pranayama (breathing techniques), and concentration on stretching all muscles. This flow will rejuvenate your body and mind, relieving negative energy and toxins, by delivering more oxygen and allowing better circulation.

Hatha -- Saturdays 9:30am

All Levels

An invigorating yoga practice featuring a variety of Hatha Yoga postures to strengthen, balance, detoxify, stretch, energize, and calm the body, mind and spirit. 

Gentle/Restorative -- Tuesdays at 10:30am

Designed to relax and relieve stress throughout your entire body and mind, this class uses props for complete support in postures and deep relaxation through guided meditation enhancing your health and well being.
